Indie game developer and publisher Velan Studios has announced Midnight Murder Club will be released on PC via Steam this fall. If you haven’t tried it yet, the game throws you into a darkened room where you play hide and seek, but in the form of a first-person shooter. This intense party game has you running around the mostly dark game room hunting others. Your goal is to be the last survivor standing to avoid being shot in the dark. In Midnight Murder Clubthe unique pitch black gameplay has players slowly creeping through the pitch black darkness of an old Victorian mansion, armed only with a flashlight and a revolver, trying to complete their mission and survive. As they navigate the dark hallways, they must keep an eye out for other club members who may be hiding in the shadows and are more than willing to kill to be the last one standing. Midnight Murder Club is a new, exciting and fun first-person shooter party game for friends.

Players must master four exciting game modes to survive in Midnight Murder Club. Kill or be killed in Deathmatch, a 2v2v2 formation mode where it’s free for all to get the most kills, or try to survive the night in Free for All, where club members navigate the mansion alone and try to be the deadliest at the end of the round. In Hunter/Hunted mode, two players take on the role of the hunter to track down and stop the remaining four players from finding and burning four hidden dolls, while Thief in the Night mode sees players team up in teams of two to sneak around the mansion and steal valuable items. All game modes test players’ wits as they navigate through total darkness with only a flashlight to complete their survival mission.
