Towards the end of your mission on the UNN Urshanabi, you will have a main objective waypoint to open the door to the officers’ quarters. Go to that door, but don’t open it yet. Turn your back to the door and run towards the poor decapitated corpse huddled in the middle of the room. Then turn left, past the map.

You then want to float through space towards the other ship part in front of you, but don’t go through the large entrance. Instead, head to the right towards a white ship part that is sticking out. You should be able to spot it easily by the flashing red navigation signal reflecting off the metal. Once you’re inside, float past the signal and head towards the Narrow beam lasercontained in a gold wall panel at the rear of the area.

click on Smash Option to interact with it and Drummer will pull the laser out of the wall and stomp on it, revealing a nice shiny crystal that can be taken to the doctor. You should be rewarded with the achievement Recognized by doctors This confirms that you have successfully completed the secondary objective.
