Ukraine starts mass production of long-range attack drones

Ukraine has succeeded in developing long-range attack drones and starting mass production within a short period of time.

Ukroboronprom CEO Herman Smetanin said this in an interview with ArmyInform, Ukrinform reports.

According to him, they are now hitting strategic enemy targets at a distance of more than 1,000 kilometers.

At the same time, Smetanin recalled that mass production of first-person view (FPV) drones has already been successfully launched in Ukraine.

“Our companies made a significant contribution by establishing close cooperation with private companies and helping them expand production,” he said.

He also pointed out that the enemy should not be underestimated, especially when it is as powerful as Russia.

“We have become more non-linear and innovative. Russia has enormous resources and an overpowering industry, so it makes no sense to blindly copy its approach. We are forced to be more flexible and resourceful. Over time, David realized that it was wrong to fight Goliath with Goliath’s own methods. Therefore, he chose the weapon that could bring victory and skillfully used it,” said Smetanin.
