Shiva Rajkumar on Darshan’s arrest for alleged murder: “We can’t do anything…”

Kannada actor Shiva Rajkumar spoke to the press about Darshan’s arrest at the inauguration of the new Producers’ Association building. According to Times Now, the actor expressed his condolences to both Darshan and the families of murder victim Renukaswamy. Here’s what he had to say. “Everything is fate”

Shiva Rajkumar spoke to the press after Darshan’s arrest.

Shiva admitted that he was cautious about his comments on Darshan’s alleged murder case. He reportedly said, “There is such a thing as fate. There is nothing we can do about it. You have to think if you are right before you say anything. It hurts when something like this happens.”

Since the investigation is still underway, Shiva also stated that we have to wait for the outcome before coming to a conclusion. He added, “Both Renukaswamy and Darshan’s family are affected. I am sad when I look at Darshan’s son. We have to face everything. The investigation is underway. Let us wait for the outcome. What has to happen will happen. I don’t want to say anything more about it. Everything is fate.”

Darshan meets his wife and son

Darshan recently met his wife Vijayalakshmi and son Vinish in the Central Jail. After the meeting, his wife wrote on Instagram, “It is sad that we are in this situation today and have to keep our distance from him. I spoke to him at length about the situation outside and it touched him deeply. He has requested all his celebrities to remain calm and focus on good deeds and he is sure that he will be in your prayers.”

Vijayalakshmi also urged his fans to remain calm, adding, “Your calmness will be our biggest strength. This too shall pass. Truth will prevail.”

Darshan’s murder case

Darshan, Pavithra Gowda and their accomplices were taken into custody on June 11 and will remain in custody till July 4 in connection with the alleged murder of Renukaswamy. The Special Economic Offences Court in Bengaluru recently ordered them to be remanded in custody, according to ANI.
