To complete Count Ymir’s task, you must advance to the southern part of the map to Discover the Cerulean Coast. From the Cerulean Coast Site of Grace, ride south and past the Ghostflame Dragon. Continue riding until you find the pillar with the map fragment. Collect the map fragment and immediately turn left through the ruins.
