The General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon is one of the most popular fighter aircraft in military aviation. Dozens of countries use these jets, making them the most exciting sight at air shows around the world. The Royal Danish Air Force operated 77 F-16A/B aircraft. The Air Force purchased the aircraft in two large batches, both of which were produced in Europe (Belgium and the Netherlands).
